Hosting and server logs
We use ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf to host dev.netrix.de. The website is hosted on servers in Germany. ALL-INKL.COM processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
When you visit the site, your browser sends data needed to deliver it. Server logs may include your IP address, the time and requested URL, the HTTP status, the referrer and the browser identifier. We use this information to deliver the site, troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to run the site securely and reliably. Logs are deleted according to the log rotation configured for the hosting service.
Matomo web analytics
On dev.netrix.de, we load Matomo only after you consent. Netrix GmbH operates the instance at www.analytics.netrix.de on a server in Germany. To improve the website, Matomo analyses page views, visit times, referrers, browser information and clicks on external or download links. The server also processes your IP address when you connect. Matomo tracking cookies are disabled for this website. Raw visit data has a retention period of 120 days. The local preview sends no analytics data.
The legal basis for analytics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where Matomo stores or accesses information on your device, it does so with your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent for future processing under Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Browser settings
The site keeps your analytics preference in local browser storage so it can honour your choice on subsequent visits. The entry remains until you change the setting or clear it from your browser. The monster sound preference is stored for the duration of your browser session. This storage supports the settings you choose (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
Contact and feedback
The feedback form creates a text draft on your device. It does not send form entries to us. If you email us, we process your address, the message and any other details you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where processing is necessary for a contract or steps you request before entering into one. We keep the information until the enquiry is resolved, and longer where required by law or to pursue legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact info@netrix.de to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Brandenburg data protection authority.
